Billing is managed per organization. Only the owner role can open the Billing page, upgrade, and access Stripe invoices.
Plan tiers
- Free ($0/month) — Up to 1 property, 3 verifications per month
- Starter ($39/month) — Up to 3 properties, Unlimited verifications per month
- Growth ($89/month) — Up to 10 properties, Unlimited verifications per month
- Pro ($199/month) — Up to 30 properties, Unlimited verifications per month
All plans include the full module library, signed PDFs, audit trail, and guest wizard. Paid plans add higher limits, PMS integrations, and webhooks (Starter+). Team management and activity log require Growth or Pro—see Account and team.
Upgrading and downgrading
From Billing, choose Starter, Growth, or Pro to start a Stripe checkout session. After payment, limits update immediately.
Downgrades and payment method changes go through the Stripe customer portal (also linked from Billing). Downgrading may require you to archive properties if you exceed the new plan's property cap.
Verification quotas
On Free, you can create up to three verifications per calendar month for the organization. An upgrade banner appears when you have used two, so you are not surprised at the limit.
Paid plans have unlimited verifications.
Watch out for:
If payment fails, you enter a seven-day grace period. During grace you can still use the app; after grace, new verifications may be blocked until billing is fixed.
Receipts and invoices
Stripe hosts invoices and receipts. Open the billing portal from the Billing page to download PDFs for your accountant.
Canceling
Cancel through the Stripe portal. Your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period, then the organization moves to Free tier limits. Data is retained according to our Privacy Policy.
